Compliance with Laws

Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards in the countries where they operate.

Human Rights

Suppliers are expected to respect internationally recognised human rights and conduct their operations with fairness and dignity.

Labour Standards

Suppliers should:

* Treat employees fairly and without discrimination.
* Respect freedom of association where permitted by law.
* Comply with applicable employment and wage legislation.
* Provide lawful working hours and fair employment practices.

Health and Safety

Suppliers should provide a safe, healthy and secure working environment and comply with applicable health and safety regulations.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are encouraged to minimize their environmental impact by promoting responsible resource management, waste reduction and compliance with environmental legislation.

Product Quality and Authenticity

Arcadia Cigars expects suppliers to maintain high standards of product quality, authenticity and traceability. Products supplied must comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Confidentiality

Suppliers must protect confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship and use it only for legitimate business purposes.

 

Reporting Concerns

Suppliers are encouraged to report any concerns relating to unethical conduct, legal non-compliance or breaches of this Code.
