Arcadia Cigars works with HMRC Approved Bonded Warehouses for the storage and handling of eligible tobacco products.

Where applicable, consignments may be held under bond until customs duties and VAT become payable or the goods are exported. All products remain subject to UK customs regulations and HMRC requirements.

For consignments entering our bonded storage process, clients may be requested to provide:

*  Proof of Identity

*  Proof of Address

*  Proof of Ownership

*  Original Purchase Invoice or Receipt

*  Evidence of the Original Payment Method

*  Import or customs documentation (where applicable)

Arcadia Cigars reserves the right to refuse any consignment where ownership, provenance or regulatory compliance cannot be satisfactorily verified.

All bonded storage and release procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable UK customs legislation and the policies of the appointed HMRC Approved Bonded Warehouse.
