To protect both buyers and sellers, Arcadia Cigars requires the following documentation before entering into any Private Brokerage or Consignment Agreement:

Proof of Identity (Government-issued Photo ID)

Recent Proof of Address (Utility Bill or Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months)

Evidence of the Original Purchase of the Cigars (Invoice or Receipt)

Proof of the Original Payment Method used to acquire the products, where available

Arcadia Cigars reserves the right to decline any consignment or brokerage request where satisfactory provenance or ownership cannot be verified.
